The 63rd Session of the UN Human Rights Council (HRC 63) is scheduled to take place from 7 September to 9 October 2026 at the Palais des Nations in Geneva.

We urge the community to engage deeply with the upcoming sessions to maintain the momentum and to achieve justice and rights for the Eelam Tamils. As discussions on international accountability, truth, and human rights updates continue, active engagement from civil society and advocacy groups remains vital. We encourage all members of our advocacy team to actively participate, monitor key debates, and coordinate on critical side-events and interventions.

Key Priorities for Our Team:

       🎯 Monitor Interactive Dialogues: Engage closely with reports and updates presented under Agenda Item 2 by the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR).

       📣 Advocate for Accountability: Coordinate side-events, statement submissions, and bilateral meetings to ensure political momentum around justice for past and ongoing rights violations.

       🤝 Amplify Eelam Tamil Voices: Collaborate with diplomatic missions, international NGOs, and grassroots partners to keep accountability and self-determination high on the Council’s priority list.
