It highlights positive steps—free elections, legislative commitments on the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) and Online Safety Act, anti-corruption measures and renewed UN engagement—alongside urgent calls to honor devolution pledges, resolve enforced disappearances and mass graves, expedite emblematic prosecutions and safeguard civic space.
